Objective:
The goal of this class is to teach you how to create marquee balloon arrangements, streamline your customer service workflow, and incorporate self-care into your business routine. By applying these strategies, you’ll enhance your offerings, save time, and increase your income by improving service quality, boosting productivity, and opening new revenue streams.

Marquee Balloon Arrangement:
You’ll learn step-by-step how to design and assemble stunning marquee arrangements that diversify your offerings and generate additional income. A materials list will be provided so you can create these at your convenience.
Customer Service Workflow:
We’ll cover an efficient workflow for handling inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings, applicable to any small business. Key areas include:
- Streamlining communication to improve the customer experience
- Automating tasks to save time
- Managing client interactions effectively for better time management
Self-Care in Business:
We’ll also discuss the importance of self-care as a business owner. Learn how to create healthy boundaries, manage your time wisely, and avoid burnout while growing your business.

Group Discussions:
In our group classes, we learn from each other and grow together as a community. Let’s share our experiences! Here are a few topics to get us started:
